1. Check Your Water Hose

The RV spray port is a fitting that can be used to attach a water supply hose to the recreational vehicle. It allows you to have a drink of water whenever you want, even if you’re not close to the RV.

However, if you find that the port is not functioning, it could be due to a clogged water hose.

If your water hose has been in storage for a long period, this is a regular occurrence. Keeping this in mind, it is imperative that you flush the pipes with water to ensure good functioning.

Alternatively, you can try blowing air through them to loosen any debris that could be lodged. After the hose has been cleaned, you can plug it back into the RV spray port.

2. Check The Spray Port

When the spray port becomes clogged, it might cause the same issues as a clogged hose. The rusting process might begin rapidly on this, given it is constructed of metal.

The major cause of this problem is the accumulation of rust in your port as a result of its frequent exposure to water.

Since this is the case, it is suggested that you make it a regular routine to clean your ports. Assuming you have a solution like WD-40 on hand, you should be able to dissolve the rust and clear the blockage.

4. Verify The Coil Hose

  1. The spray port on our forest river surveyor (2021.5Model ) is not working.
    It will receive the hose that’s all fine but there is no water coming out. Even when
    inserting a screw driver in the port. the collar is free moving and holds the hose in place just no water coming out. Sprayed WD 40 in still nothing.
