Nuptial tent not simply protects from the weather; it fully changes the outdoor place. Whether big festival or personal meeting, whether formal event or relaxed mood, here you find a wedding tent that perfectly fits with your plan. Event experts can use the ground and create something unique, building custom setups that truly capture the wedding dream that you have in mind.
The range of tent choices is truly amazing. Fabric tents, clear roofs, high peak shapes frame structures (the list does not end). High frame tents with peak are popular at weddings not without reason.
How to Choose and Set Up a Wedding Tent
They have cable backing, central pole, and broadly open floor, so that you receive nice views without losing the solid build. Also there are six-sided tents (for example in size 40×40)… Who easily can fit around 120 people.
That works well for bigger weddings and company events. Nice cause is, that removable side walls come as standard at the most quality models, and the setup is usually quite easy. If you are in a region with many rains, adding side walls is truly wise.
Some models have clear vinyl windows, so you do not lose the outdoor landscape.
Strength and protection against weather is built in. A strong roof with full side walls will keep the inside surprisingly dry, even during hard rain out.
Now about the money side. Yes, it weighs a lot. A wedding with tent is not the cheapest choice.
You must plan around three thousand dollars for basic hire of 30×40. But here the key spot: that amount does not show everything. One reel wedding that I saw cost around fifteen thousand dollars in 2018. And that included delivery, setup, takedown, the tent itself, lighting, walls, dance floor, tables, chairs, linens and glassware.
A more fancy fabric setup with catering and extras came to fifty-five thousand. The place matters also, the size of tent matters, and honest, no single guess works everywhere.
Decorating on a tight budget needs creativity. Flowers and sparkly garlands hung from the ceiling can fully renew the space. Rolled green plant pieces around the tent poles, mixed with good lighting, create magic mood.
Warm white light gives classic and romantic feeling, while soft color accents can fit with your theme. Strings of lights work great, covering the top, wrapping the tables, marking the edge.
Electrical setup is something that folks often underrate. At one place, running all lights and the DJ gear at the same time was not possible because of the existing power source. Only the cooking can use more than thousand watts depending on the size.
You need to plan for the bar, the dance area, the DJ gear and the guest needs. For hundred people, a tent of 50×20 usually works. Hire a real expert to visit the place and take measures?
That is required. Doing ityourself for wedding tent setup is truly not the good idea.
